I help and support project managers with running and tracking their projects. I track things like milestones, governance, record management, meetings, packs and finances. I also work to generate a Great Place to Work.
I have developed many skills including excel and public speaking.
I found the Programme really helpful and well adjusted to covid 19 and working from home.
NatWest carried out all of their organisation to the best of their abilities. However, BPP could improve in a variety of places including, organisation as a few webinars did not go ahead or we were not told that they were cancelled.
My employer was amazing and I had no doubt that my apprenticeship came first no matter what. I knew that I could speak to anyone and ask questions with out feeling worried to do so.
The documentation provided was to a high level and helped explain exactly what was needed to achieve both a pass or distinction.
My qualification suits what I do in my role to a T. I can relate every aspect of the course to something that I do or am involved with.
There are loads, from apprentice councils, great place to work activities, volunteering days, climate change support and challenges designed to develop your skills in ways you didn't know were possible.
