Day to day management of a high volume pub and restaurant in a busy outlet shopping centre with full responsibility for all aspects of service and operation.
Definitely developed my leadership skills. How my shadow reflects on others, active listening. Understanding of others needs
I enjoy the content of my programme, and the skills workshops away from work.
Very well organised with plenty of support
The right amount of support. Always available when requested.
Check in calls as frequent as I wish with myself able to dictate this frequency. Training provider is extremely supportive.

Yes
The company has been in rapid restructuring and changes over the past two years and has lost some of it's allure in my eyes. However, I believe the soul of a family business still runs throughout the people, just hope this remains over the coming years.
Make contacts and take the time to meet people. There is always someone willing to help. Fuller's has one of the most enviable estates in pub management, and the people are great. Always push for whats best for your team and your business.
