Working as part of a team, check on all the residents and ensure their health care needs are met. Administer medication, help with hygiene and meal times. Currently working night shifts but before I used to work days.
Organisational and researching skills have improved a lot since doing this course.
Very enjoyable and beneficial to complete. I have aspirations to complete the next level .
Very organised, pandemic did impact somewhat the activities because of reduced visits.
More support was received from Paragon and my personal tutor.
