  • I support a relationship director and assist them with new deals, customer support and other operations. This includes pricing new deals, producing other analytical models and admin tasks such as account related queries.

  • Yes absolutely. I have learnt huge amounts about the financial services industry and the property industry. I have also enhanced my skills in IT.

  • Although I have only just started, I am enjoying my programme a lot.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • not very well structured so far. The online aspect of learning is confusing and meetings that have been cancelled have not been rearranged.

  • a lot of support. My line manager has offered to give me all the time and help that I need.

  • I have not started working towards my qualifications yet however communication has been pretty poor so far.

  • I have not finished my qualification yet so I am unable to answer this question.

  • Yes many. NatWest has a range of different employee lead networks and there are always opportunities to get involved.

  • Yes

  • It is a very inclusive place to work with lots of opportunities. NatWest genuinely care about their people and their customers, evident in their purpose lead vision.

  • Read up on the value account. Be curious and throw yourself at things.
