  • i feel i have developed existing skills for delivering but have learnt new skills for digital content creation

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • it has been challenging to juggle time around work and setting aside time to complete my apprenticeship during work hours. I have enjoyed completing the units

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • in our working environment, we have had to change our workshop dates to accomodate our roles and these have been done with ease. We were notified at the very beginning of the programme of all dates necessary for the completion of each unit and end point assessment

  • I have been lucky to receive my apprenticeship fully funded.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i have quartlerly 1-2-1 meetings with my advisor and they are available via e mail and phone during their working hours when required

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have been able to upskill my current role by completing the apprenticeship and also have more confidence in myself as to what i was doing before i started my programme

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • there is currently a monthly lunch and learn call where different topics, hobbies etc are discussed, supplier meetings, wider team meetings
