Managing everything from staff to customers. Instant problem solving and always working to provide the best customer service we can.
No the level 4 was already things I believe you should know as a team leader/team manager. I think as a store manager this was a little easy.
I find it more tedious than enjoyable. I am enjoying looking into my business project
I missed a lot of the Comms but this I believe was my own fault. Also covid made the whole thing hard to follow for a while. First few months on the course I had no contact with any trainer. I made contact after a while as I was concerned nothing was happening
Very easy to complete the apprenticeship with the co-op. Providing a full day off every week is more than enough time to complete all the task required. Also allowing me to visit and talk to other managers to improve my knowledge of different situations and how to be better for my team
My trainer was a really nice lady. Always supportive and answers back if I have an queries. We have a good relationship where she will be totally honest with anything I need to do more work on.
I don't believe it had anywhere near the impact I believed it would have when I joined the program. I think most of the course I have managed to talk about previous experience I have come across in retail. Although young I have been through a lot of tough situations as many people in retail have.

As I business I believe they stand for the right things. I think the level 4 course is aimed at managers that have experienced all of the criteria in the program. I believe this would be a much better for for deputy managers or even team leaders as they could do with this information to help them understand what it is to be a manager
Make sure you allocate your time correctly and fill out the off site training every week as you complete a task
