My role includes giving personal cares to the elderly and looking out for their health and well-being
I have learnt new skills for testing with the Covid pandemic and also new knowledge of wound care and dressings
I do enjoy my programme sometimes find it difficult to balance with work aswell as coursework
Very well
My training provider is really good with giving support if I’m stuck on any questions or struggling with anything
Makes me more aware of certain procedures and policies which my knowledge was not deep of aswell as learning what the abbreviations mean
Not really due to Covid
Yes
It’s a nice place to work and the staff are really lovely and supportive as a team
Just be your honest self and be open to work and learn alongside others
