I'm learning to become a software test engineer. I have just recently joined a new project where on a day-to-day basis at the moment, I am shadowing people and learning more about the project before starting any major tasks.
I've definiately developed my technical skills, within the subject of Testing. Along with my commination and confidence.
Considering it has all been online, it's been about as good as it can get and I've mostly enjoyed all of it.
Very well organised/ structured. They've made it very clear how the programme is going to look and what's expected from us in the future.
Lots of support. I know multiple people I could go to if I needed any support, who are all really welcoming and helpful.
We have monthly meetings and I know if I have any questions exactly who to go to for support.
I think the qualification helps a lot towards my role, as all the content within it is relevant and will help me within in my role.
Yes, IBM offer multiple apprentice communities which are extra-curricular activities which you can get involved in.
Yes
Because I have loved the experience so far I and I think it's something most of my friends would enjoy.
Be patience with the learning speed. It goes at a set pace to begin with because there is so much information to absorb.
