I primarily work within a Project manager role. Consulting various companies on day to day activities.
Through my apprenticeship I partake in a lot of training where by I learn various skills for example time management/communication/business finance.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme, it has a great balance of work and training.
I believe it to be very well structured with 20% off thee job training.
I receive a lot of support by my end point manager who I frequently touch base with to get support where needed.
I receive a lot of support and feedback which is very useful for example in my write ups. This massively helps me get my qualifications.
The qualification how taught me a lot of valuable skill sets which is needed within my role eg Project management skills.
There was such a big range of extra-curricular activities people could get involved with at IBM. Due to covid this was put on hold but a lot of amazing virtual networking events went ahead.
