Managing a team of approx 30 staff members. Ensuring the safety and health and day to day running of bungalows and the main house.

Course itself was fantastic but I was not informed of a change of tutor which was the only part that let it down.

If not for the change of tutor I would have graded a 10. Very good apart from this.

Really helpful and supportive throughout. Tutors were very good.

Very applicable and beneficial, I can apply a lot of theory and practices to my full-time role.
