The programme is fantastic, I am surrounded by amazing leaders to learn from and gain experience from. I have a fantastic team who supports me and enables me to learn and the business is incredibly innovative and it encourages me to go from strength to strength.
It's brilliant, I have 20% of my time a week to use for my apprenticeship, which my manager has gave me full autonomy to fully manage and decide when to take on my own. I have a weekly session with my cohort (virtually at the moment) and constant check in's with my programme leader.
I have weekly 1:1's with my manager, check in call's with my team daily, a weekly session with my cohort, and a weekly if not bi weekly 1:1 with my Programme Leader. I feel fully supported.

My training provider has a direct impact on how well I perform, I am learning daily new techniques, new skills and new ways to be better. Without my provider I wouldn't be the working professional I currently am.
Yes, Sage Foundation is one of the biggest. The company gives all employees 5 days yearly to give back to a charity / organisation of your choice that is in need. As well as that, there are an innumerable amounts of activities constantly on going to be involved in.
