Responsible for all Learning, Development and Quality activity within our Contact Centre Operations.
Both. Whilst much of my apprenticeship is about expanding on existing skills, having not had any formal training/qualification in a related field previously, this is helping to build much of the theoretical background associated with Learning and Development.
Whilst I enjoy the programme in its own right, a number of frustrations with the training provider themselves have are somewhat frustraing.
The programme is well structured but the lack of induction (training provider) meant a number of elements of the programme were unclear.
I haven't needed to access support from my employer, however I am confident the support is there if needed.
Communication is at times poor, and the working hours of the delivery staff means the support isn't very timely.
I have a broader knowledge based and better understand the theory and principles of L&D.
