I am a banking consultant at the Halifax. My day to day role involves helping customers to make them better off/save money on their everyday banking. Opening current/savings accounts, credit cards, loans and home insurance, giving the best possible service I can do.
I have definitley improved on my current skills as have had suitable training throughout the apprenticeship and have been given constructive feedback from my trainer.
