  • I am a banking consultant at the Halifax. My day to day role involves helping customers to make them better off/save money on their everyday banking. Opening current/savings accounts, credit cards, loans and home insurance, giving the best possible service I can do.

  • I have definitley improved on my current skills as have had suitable training throughout the apprenticeship and have been given constructive feedback from my trainer.

  • Because if you are willing to work hard then the benefits are worthwhile as well as the opportunity to progress further witht he company.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Make sure customer service is at the forefront of what you do. Must want to help customers as we are a profesional business and some customers need our help a lot more than they know.
