    • The experience has been quite engaging and supportive, despite working from home and having not met any of my colleagues as of yet, which I am looking forward to do. I would recommend Sage to other individuals, as it has a brilliant working environment and caring employees.

    • Through working at Sage I have increased my confidence, time management and initiative. I have also been provided with a substantial amount of knowledge on Payroll and Business.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The journey of the apprenticeship is structured very supportively and digestible, as progress is tracked and visible.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Plenty. There are a range of different support channels at Sage.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Plenty. As I have the option to contact them anytime I require assistance and I have monthly progress reviews, as well as fortnightly training sessions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I believe the knowledge I receive from my training provider, as well as the experience I gain from working a Sage, ensures I have the correct means and support to do my job.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • At Sage we are able to engage with charitable organizations, and offer our assistance 5 days out of the calendar year. Which are encouraged by Sage and paid.
