Taking inbound calls dealing with customers queries, as first point of contact you are talking with many customers and colleagues day in day out.
Experience in banking and finance, admin experience & customer service experience
It’s okay, the apprenticeship was a bit of a shambles during covid
With Santander the structure was great although BPP was lacking a little in this area I think more communication & organisation was needed.
A fair amount
Again lacked a little in communication but overall way okay
It is a sense of achievement to have the qualification and to have now completed the apprenticeship.
There is some “HUBS” online now that everyone can contribute to for example a well being hub to support everyone during these difficult times
No
The role I’m in I wouldn’t recommend the company themselves I would perhaps recommend as other departments that are not first point of contact seem to have a smoother routine .
Must have the patience of a saint and be prepared
