    • I have been promoted twice from Safeguard Assistant to Business support officer and then to Team Leader. I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills.

    • I have very much enjoyed studying my NVQ 5

    • I am a well-organised individual and I like to be provided with consistency. I feel this works currently

    • Some, not enough to complete NVQ work

    • A lot of support, I am having extra support with Maths

    • Much better, I have better insights and always put these into practice.

    • Because supporting young people is rewarding and despite how they run as a company the YP best interest is met.

    • Be prepared to work with a range of challenging behaviours and be resiliant.
