  • I work on the phones assisting customers with the products that Sage provide, I support payroll products for Irish and UK customers, answering queries or resolving problems

  • It’s a great program you get a lot of support with the college side of things and with the work you are constantly learning

  • The program is very well structured you get time aside for your apprenticeship and you know the deadlines of the work as well

  • I receive a lot of support especially when I am struggling I am given development time and coaching time

  • The support is constant, I could email whenever I want and they would get back to me as soon as possible, support in the classroom, over teams, constant feedback for improvements

  • The organisation behind my two tutors was top level, this helped make things go smooth and made things less stressful

  • Yes, Sage give you the opportunity to part take in 5 aye worth across the year for any volunteer time you would like to do.
