    • Lots of support. There is always someone there to offer advice and support

    • It has taught me lots of the theory that I use in work. It has helped me gain a better understanding of why we do things the way we do

    • There are but due to covid restrictions, I have been unable to get involved

    • Barclays has changed my life. I feel so grateful for my position within this company. I would recommend Barclays as an employer to everyone
