I work on our Lead Desk, allocating leads to our PSM's. I also manage our inbound line and manage our Practice Solutions Team.
Yes, I have learnt a lot about Account Management, nurturing clients and managing expectations. I have also learnt a lot about the sales cycle and marketing cycle.
I enjoy the work but with regards to the Apprenticeship, I think it is too meticulous and should consist of more to do with my role. I enjoy it however and will qualify in July.
I think the structure of the Apprenticeship could've been more co-ordinated from the trainer's point of view. Although there has been Covid, I have been with the provider for 2 years and have only met them in person once. Other than that, it has been good.
I receive great support from Sage. My manager has supported me a lot with my career development and also support throughout Covid. Sage also introduced well-being days late last year allowing us to take time away from work. Great stuff.
I receive a good level of support and I know if I need help then I will get it. We didn't get a regimented schedule in terms of one day per week but it has been supported. I enjoy the apprenticeship but the on the job work more.
It definitely has its benefits in terms of the sales/marketing cycle etc but a lot of the theories dont fully match up to the job that I do. A lot of the theories are around a hard sell when I work in Acc Management and nurture clients.
Yes, due to covid we havent been able to do as many but prior to the pandemic, we had a football team, we would have regular parties, drinks together, we would do total warrior and it is a very inclusive place to be.
Yes
Great company to work for, extremely supportive and will help you develop your career if you show them the effort.
Prepare knowledge on the company prior, be confident in your ability and confident you're the best fit for the company. Work harder than everyone around you and try to stand out from the crowd. Do something different and innovate your application.
