Realises is helping me to know and understand the EYFS, all the health and safety stuff related to working with children under 5 and to have more knowledge about helpping children get to their maxim potential.
I have learnt all about EYFS and Health and Safety in England. Coming from Spain this is a new world for me and Realise has helped me to know the procedures and how England practitioners help early year children to get to their potential.
I enjoy the webinars and the questions they do during them. I do also enjoy the calls to review my work and the reviews I get from them.
t the beginning was a little caothic, because the webside is difficult to understand and get used to. Also, I sometimes don't get answers back from my emails or sms.
My manager is really suportive and always is able to help me with any problem.
Sometimes I don't get response to the emails or sms, and this is a little disappointing. But I am quite please by the way I get communicated.
Webinars give me ideas and the discussions we have during them helps me to push myself harder to give more answers. And to remember what I study.
We are associated to an after school agency, although due to the current situation we are not allowed to go and work there (to keep bubbles)
Yes
It's easy to understand the webinars, once you understand the webside isn't too difficult and the amount of coursework isn't that much.
Giving better explanation about the webside.
