Managing customer relationships, dealing with customer queries and helping the account management team in the smooth running of day to day activities.
I have been able to develop my customer relationship skills and gain a further understanding on the financial and legal side of the business. I'm currently being mentored by our Head of Customer, who is helping me start my journey as a future account manager.
I really enjoy my role, the people and the company I work for. VHG are a really great employer who truly care about their staff.
Very well structured.
The support available is the best I have experienced in my working career to date.
Haven't started yet so couldn't comment.

Great work ethic, great support, got a small company feel despite growing rapidly.
To be yourself, be a happy go-getter and know that what you're doing is helping thousands of people feel better, either physically or mentally.
