My role is to support the regional team to deliver coaching, training and support where needed across the North East of Scotland. This covers up to 17 branches working along side the Regional Manger, the General Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Colleagues.
I have improved my admin skills while delivering new projects. I have developed my coaching skills and have seen them improve greatly. I have learned new presenting skills, how to master teams and deliver online training.
The balance between work and the apprenticeship has been excellent and this has given me time to really get into the role and enjoy it.
We had a few issues with the apprenticeship at the beginning to get things started but not that's been sorted its been excellent. There is good balance between learning and working.
I have had lots of support from the business and they are fully committed to giving us the time to learn within this role. Any issues or questions we have had, have been sorted very quickly.
I have had live classes which have been great. Lots of great information in the modules and lots to learn. All of this comes from great feedback from the instructors
My role is a coach and the coaching qualification is a massive part of that. Its giving myself the proper structure and learning to coach to a much higher level. This in turn will help me supporting me entire regional team.
We have had access to lots of coaching activities including, online coaching events, external training and networking events.
