My Role consists of taking on task which would aid support upon my team. Tasks such as complaints report, invoice report, waste report and application for payments. These are daily tasks which need to get completed every monthly with new monthly data from suppliers. I also deal with the Commercial Inbox along with my own where i would receive queries from Suppliers and Clients.
Skills which i have developed would include communication with Stakeholders such as, Suppliers, Clients and Senior Manager. This would be experienced via conference calls, emails and face to face meeting. I have also managed to develop my Microsoft package skills including PowerPoint and Excel, these have been developed by my Line Manager who has put me through test to improve.
I enjoy the programme because i am always learning something new within the field i work in. This helps me in my day to day job where i can apply new skills that i learn.
The programme is well structured and this is helped by my Realise Teacher Eileen Palmer who helps me whenever there is confusion about structure and what need to be done next. This helps with preparation for now and the future.
I receive all the support i need as me and my Line manager have regular meeting where i can discuss and solve any problems or help i need.
I receive all the help i need, there are regular meetings in which i receive any type of help or questions i have. This i useful and i could not ask for a better Training provider.
This Qualification helps me perform better in my day to day role as i can apply as skills which i have learnt.
