I am a customer advisor. My role is to welcome customers into our branch, answer their queries and serve them at the counter. It is all around excellent customer service. One of my responisibilities is to keep a track of how the customer advisors are getting on.
I have developed my communication skills and at first most my confidence. I am looking forward to having the qualification from my apprenticeship.
I enjoy my apprenticeship, it has let me learn more about the business and work well as a team
I get recognition from my managers a lot but what helps as well as they tell me what i could do better to improve on. They let me have development time and help me find ways i can move up
My training is structured enough. I know when i am meeting my apprenticeship facilitator so i ask for time to study for it and also i take time at home to make sure i have everything done. Any questions I have my facilitator will answer pre-meeting or in the meeting.
I enjoy meeting with my tutor, i get a lot of support and guidance from her. her attitude to supporting me is great she will help as much as possible.
I try and get time to study for my apprenticeship but it is sometimes hard as we have to support others in our team as we have a lot of staff
My salary covers all my costs as i still live at home
We got out and do activities as a team once a month and we also have the day to make a difference which we all go out one day and do.
