Answering phone calls from business customers to deal with all of their general needs, e.g making payments, giving balances, ordering cards, etc.
My time management skills have really improved enabling me to make the most out of my day.
The communication from the apprenticeship provider could be a little more clear, and unfortunately my start date for this has been postponed twice for reasons that I dont know.
Due to postponement i havent started my apprenticeship yet.
I have got involved with a programme to improve my critical people capabilities, there are lots of different opportunities within the bank to broaden your skillset
