I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot and highly advise anyone who feels university isn't for them to look into an apprenticeship.
Program is fairly well organised, being the first apprentice in my department people meant were unsure on what I was doing and what my apprenticeship was, but once I had explained to them about what my apprenticeship is everything began to run smoothly.
my employer sets up my work around my apprenticeship and set my apprenticeship as the priority and when I need to do apprenticeship work, day to day work goes on hold till my apprenticeship work is complete.
I receive support from my provider during our catch up meetings but in between meeting it is hard to contact my provider and get a response from them about questions I have.
My qualification will help increase my self confidence in my role. It also helps me preform better as this qualification teaches me crucial skills that I need in my role. the qualification will progress my careers as I become more qualified.
None have happened due to working from home and lockdown.
