I have had an excellent expereince of working with Realise. The trainer who delivers the course is outstanding, supporting me through the work with expert knowledge. She makes sure that I do what is required without doing too much or too little. She understands how my job can sometimes have to take priority and helps me work around that.
I have developed theory behind all the practical application I had, I have also developed a wider toolkit which will help me tackle additional challenges in the future allowing me to feel more confident in my role.
It has been hard juggling the programme and work, especially during COVID but with the support of the tutor this has been manageable
Really well structured and when I am unable to attend a workshop I am able to jump on with another cohort meaning I dont miss out on the peer support.
I was able to put as much time in to my apprenticeship as I needed although sometimes it was hard as work is busy
The trainer was always on hand to support and guide me where I needed
As above, more confidence and additional knowledge for new challenges

They have been great for me and if I was ever unsure or unhappy - they would sort it straight away
Nothing about the provider but advice on a level 5 - don't commit to it lightly - it is a lot of work and unless you are willing to put the effort in, the training provider can't do the work for you
