  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in Early Talent Recruitment within Human Resources. I'm currently generating contracts and liaising with programme managers as we make offers to early talent roles. I'm also planning our candidate engagement activities to ensure candidates have a good onboarding experience prior to starting their role. Finally, I also frequently take part in planning, organising and speaking at events to attract a diverse range of candidates.

  • 9a. Would you recommend GSK to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I love the culture and working environment at GSK. I feel I have been given lots of support from both GSK and my training provider and as an apprentice I am treated respectfully in the company. I also feel there have been lots of opportunities for my career development which is important to me and would be valuable to a friend.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GSK?
  • Take your time going through each step of the application process. It is important to research the company including its purpose and values as that will help you understand why you want to work there and your motivations. GSK wants people who are naturally motivated and genuinely want to be apart of helping the company achieve its purpose so being able to show this in an interview is really important.
