i have further developed my knowledge in Excel by doing training
i have enjoyed my program within sage and they have been supportive however i think there could be more room for development
My program has to an extent been organised however there has been alot of uncertainty regarding my job role and what i would be doing. i didnt start work untill 3 months into my apprentice. other then that it has been great
I have received a lot of support from my employer and they have been really open and helped me with studying for my course
i don't think i have received alot of support from my training provider. Very negative atmosphere and haven't received support with on coming issues, this has made me not want to continue with the qualification. at first i enjoyed the qualification now i dont.
i feel like my qualification has helped me partially but not to a full extent as there is alot of self study and this can get confusing
Yes i always try to get involved in different activity's like gender equality and supporting with early careers
Yes
Sage has been a great first employer and has handled the pandemic amazingly. there is always something to get involved in.
