I enjoyed my programme as it gave me an amazing insight into the industry while gaining a degree qualification, it gave me the head start with 5 years of industry experience before getting a career. the insight into several different departments broadened my understanding and knowledge of what it means to work in this industry. working for a large company like GSK also gave me valuable experience with ways of working, email/office etiquettes, working with people from different backgrounds.
Structured well
A reasonable about of support from employer when needed, it is up to managers discretion.
the support from training provider could be better. communication lacks
It provides necessary biology background knowledge which allows me to understand and broaden my skills at work

Be yourself, they like to see passion and love for the subject, its not about your grades or what information you know. ITs your life and work values and wether that fits into GSK ways of working. Be yourself stand out.
