    • I'm learning new skills everyday! As well as learning I'm also refining skills that I already have and figuring out how to best use them within the Sage environment.

    • The whole program\experience at this point has been enjoyable, helped along by my colleagues who have been brilliant.

    • It has been extremely well organised. I know exactly what is expected of me.

    • They have been amazing and I've had offers of support, if required, every step of the way.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I'm able to put the knowledge and information I have straight into practice through team meetings and discussions.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Although Covid has been a hinderance there is often discussions around when the team will be able to meet up and what we can do when the situation allows.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • The warm welcome from all. The sense of camaraderie even though I am new to the team. The positive communication from the business. All of these are reasons why I'm enjoying my time here so much already.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?

    • If you feel like you would be a good fit in any role then simply apply, work hard and come with the right attitude. At that point nothing can stand in your way to success!
