I look after a Learning & Development team. We are responsible, amongst other things, for for the design and delivery of Product learning, Sales training, Induction training.
I've developed existing coaching skills and learnt new theories and models to support with my coaching and development of others
I'm really enjoying the programme. I haven't studied for a qualification for a number of years.
