  • I did enjoy the programme and the support from Learn Direct was great. Line Managers play a vital key in the success of the Apprentice and the programme.

  • I received monthly 1:1s with Learn Direct assessor Structures plan put together by my line manager

  • The success of the apprenticeship depends on the effort put in by the apprentice. Don't be afraid to ask for more support or guidence.
