Amazing, everyone I’ve had has been so helpful and supportive they’ve been very understanding! They’ve helped me with so much and my confidence! Being with lifetime training has gave me good knowledge and I’ve learnt new things within my role! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Yes I have, I’ve learnt new things within my job role and also continuing to learn, I have also passed my maybe and my English and have had a certificate for that, I never passed it in school but atleast I have achieved something now which is fantastic for me
Very much so enjoy it, they’ve done so much everything has been easy hence the lockdown situation that hasn’t stopped my learning from doing face to face meetings, I have still been able to work and learn from home the whole time and I’ve not been able to miss my learning
Very organised yes, I have plenty of time to complete my apprenticeship regarding being busy at work they still give me as much time as I can to get my learning completed and work with me along side that even if I’m too busy at work, I can always speak to whoever if I have problems
I do receive plenty of support when needed, I always have the help there which is important if I want to learn new things then I am entitled to do that and there is always someone on shift that can help me if I have any questions or want to learn something
Quite a lot as I know who my training provider is and they always let me know if I have any problems or enquiry’s I can always message them ring them or email them whenever I want they always assure me that I can do that also they always get back to me
I feel very well about it yes I feel positive and it’s gave me so much confidence, I have so much support and they can’t go wrong with it, so yes I do feel well that I will get through it within my self and my training provider
Not at the minuite no, due to the coronavirus situation there isn’t much we can do at the moment until we open our doors inside on the 17th of may and the restrictions loosen up then yes we will be doing more events like we used to do! Such as charity events!
Yes
Because they’ve been brilliant with us all over the country expecially in lockdown they’ve paid us well and they’ve always gave us support through email and they’ve always gave us news and surveys to fill in when we’ve been bored they’ve always gave us something to do
I’d give them tips and advice to look into the company and make sure that marstons really is for them and would consider, they’re good to work for and they provide so much for the company such as apprenticeships unlike other company’s do which is really great
