I am coming to work happily as I have got involved with a great colleagues which they have supported me from day one and made me feel very comfortable.
It was good as first they started with some health n safety information and then they explained me how things were organized. This helped me out to understand and get better picture of it.
Aldi is a fast pace place to work and I felt I was very comfortable working from the beginning. I believe this is a place where I'd like to get developed and work long years.
At the beginning I was a bit concerned as I didn't know much about retail. However, all the things I have learned with the support of my colleagues, made me feel convinced and secure about my career in retail.
