My role as IT support is to troubleshoot and fix any problems our customers have using our payroll software. This is done by being effective with my customer service and polite manner ill also help the customer innovate by offering products and services to help out with the customers business
Yes i have learned new skills in the time frame of my course like from how legislation works coupled with our software, how to work out pension calculations, assisting with customers data and how to spot opportunities as a business to help other customers succeed as a business themselves. And using our Admin panel software
i do enjoy the program as it provides a new outlet into the job and by effectively assisting people in such a way where i am able to help people. But i am enjoying the team effort that is put into the work group. everyone is friendly and is eager to support you no matter how small the issue is.
Due to COVID-19 i think in my own opinion with everyone working from home and the online learning courses and sessions that were held was well received by all the work force including myself. i also find the rate at the equipment that was sent out on such short notice was extremely quick
I received alot of support from my employer from a mental health perspective and a work side aswell they ensure everyone is fairly treated and support is given to all especially in this time of need with COVID 19. deficiently recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a job
i receive alot of support in training when i am offline from work and doing my course work, when ever i have a problem i have a lot of people in the work force i am able to turn to for support for any questions or query's i may have
it helps to reinforce the knowledge and skills ive learned on the job and with my assistance from coaches and my team manager. the college assists to further that skills knowledge and enhance that work frame of mind and ensures the best that can come out of myself when i take the course on
There is extra activities i am able to take part in known as the sage foundation which does charity work, raising awareness with mental health or money for funded Charites. it is sages way of giving back to everyone in the world and show its commitment as a whole and allows others to meet each other in these activities
Yes
Sage is a business that has a family goal in mind when it comes to support and the work ethic that comes with the job. Coming from workplaces that dont really take mental health seriously sage is hitting the ball out the park when they make a commitment and ensure everyone has the support they need
Be yourself, be open and be a good team player we are all in this to win it. and dont be afraid to ask questions our own CEO even states there is no such thing as a daft question so give it a go and give it your all and learn some new skills!
