Taking calls from members of the public that are broken down
I have learnt that skills and techniques to coach a person and give them feedback required. I have also learnt that everyone has a different way of learning.
I like that it pushes me to learn something new each month. I have to put in the effort to complete the work on time so this means going out of my comfort zone at work to get the evidence required.
Very organised. I like that I can speak to my tutor when required to get help if needed. Finding the activities and Essays each month are easy to navigate and find on the websites.
My manager allows 1 day of in the month to do most of my work for the apprenticeship as time at home is filled with childcare.
I speak to my trainer for 2 hours once a month and involved in this meeting she advises of what the outcome of my work was the month before and what i need to do to pass the work for the following month
At the moment as i am not a manager i cannot put the learning i have done into action. So it is sometimes hard. My manager thought that the course was to work towards becoming a manager not already being a manager.
Not at present due to my job role
Yes
There wasn't an option for yes but no. I would because I feel that they adjust to help those who require to work certain shift such as childcare needs and allow people to do those hours they need. They also have a good wage for the hours that we do I wouldn't recommend because the hours are long if doing shift work and its not a Monday to Friday job so it wouldn't be best for young adult such as. Also I feel sometimes, its not what you know, its who you know to get higher in the company. Not always but sometimes.
Read the shift pattern and read the description of the job as it is long days and hard work.
