Working in a classroom, help support children with SEN needs and supporting staff.
More confident in talking to people and understanding different needs of individuals

It is well organised and structured.
I receive more support from my apprenticeship mentor, I find the school tell me to find it myself and aren’t always willing to help.
The training provided it very helpful and do the best they can to support.
