It's a great firm that has such an interesting and diverse range of clients. It has a real focus on international, both in terms of its employees and clients. I think starting off a career with such an international focus makes the work very interesting.
Have an awareness of the industry. Most importantly be sincere and engaged at interviews, BDO does have a real focus on its people and its a very friendly place to work. So being personable and engaging is crucial.
