Currently I am in Service Introduction and involved in this team is project based and to build a support for the project before it goes live. On a day to day basis i join meetings, takes notes and help the team
Skills that i have devloped is communication by having to talk to ther members in Sky that i have never met yet and introducing myself and building up courage to talk.
I enjoy that everyone at Sky is very friendly and is always happy to help you, makes it feel very welcoming
I would say very, meetings are booked in the calender so you know where you are to go and things are explained
alot of support, they help break things down to understand if i am struggling
I receiev alot, they talk through the courses and provide help if things are wrong, they understand what went wrong and what to do
Very, ive had relevant coursework that helps i can use in the workplace
yes, there are extra courses that are interactive and can be fun to help build up networking or communication
