I am an apprentice and I work with children aged between two and three and this involves looking after the children, meeting their needs, changing nappies and feeding the children meals.
Yes I have learned a new skill of nappy changing as I haven’t needed to do this before and now I feel like I have progressed in a skill I didn’t have.
I absolutely love it wouldn’t change it for the world!! It’s my happy place and love coming to work.
It is really organised and structured, I have a plan to follow and it is really useful.
I get a lot of support from my employers as I have a mentor as well which helps me with my workload.
I get so much support.
It has really helped me. I have so much support from all my training providers.
No.
Yes
They are so supportive and if you have any questions or need to inquire about anything they are always there to contact, if you are unsure about your work or anything they are there to help. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
Apply apply apply. They are so good.
