Engage with customers in the Banking Hall demonstrating behaviours consistent with Delivering Service Excellence. •Actively educate and assist customers to transact in the best and most appropriate channel for their individual circumstances. •Help customers where you know or there is an indication that they are in financial difficulty by referring them to an accredited colleague. •Handle customer complaints professionally, providing seamless handovers to an accredited complaint handler where required in line with the Group’s Complaints Handling Policy. •Play your part in the Lloyds Banking Group Prosper Plan, supporting customers who need our help, for example, helping young people, helping families and helping people on low incomes. •Support the branch team to build the Halifax Challenger Brand in the community through local and Group-wide initiatives, for example Day to Make a Difference and supporting local charity events.
No new skills were learnt but made more aware about the skills I use without realising.

Salary is not enough for the hard work that we produce in the branch. We are the ones that are customer facing and should be getting paid much more for all the hard work we do.

be prepared to start at the bottom and work your way up. you will meet people who you will not get along with and thats fine, by working hard you can achieve what you set out.
