It’s an excellent place to work as the firm is not too big to make you feel you are just “another employee” - you get to work closely alongside managers and partners frequently which makes you feel valued
Relax during the interviews - we are all human after all. We all make mistakes and learn to get to where we are so even if you feel like you cant give the “right” answer in the interview give it your best shot! No such thing as a “perfect candidate”
