These have helped me to manage difficult situations and improve relationships within the team. Understanding the dynamic of the existing team and being able to focus on improving.
I enjoyed the way in which the programme relates to the business you are working with. helping to adapt proven methods within your workplace. seeing this take shape and benefiting from the outcomes. As a team o people that completed the course we all shared ideas and grew as a team.
