I am a support worker. Everyday I care for people with special needs. We take them out into the public and help them manage there money. Manage there confidence and just help them with everyday life
I got a distinction in my nvq level 2 and this has helped me know more things than I knew before
I enjoyed this programme a bit. I struggled all the way through my apprenticeship and didn’t think I could do it and was on the verge of giving up. But I did it and exceeded and got my very good results which was a distinction
I had a lot of help with it and was organised a lot
We receive a lot of support. If there’s anything we r not sure of our employer is always there to help
A lot of support my training provider was there every step of the way and was a great helper
It helps me understand a lot better and have more confidence in myself when at work

Because everyone who works there is happy and makes the job better everyone helps u out and is always willing to answer any questions you have
