I run the 3 year old room and I take care of the children and their needs on a daily basis and I also do basic mathematics and literacy with the children
I’m always learning new things and how to teach the children new things
I enjoy working with the children everyday and seeing them develop but I think the work side is a lot and difficult

I think the support I get is great and it’s great to get the qualification done I just wish I didn’t have to do the functional skills in maths
Make sure they are prepared for a lot of work along side a full time job
