My role is to support Exams Officers and centres with exam administration. My role can vary depending on which part of the exam year (cycle) we are on. I mainly support my customers via telephone, email or live chat.
I have learned so many transferable skills from my apprenticeship that I can use within my job role day to day.
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship a lot, it has had it's difficult times with it taking place during Covid but this has allowed me to use my skills to manage and complete my course.
Very, I always know who to turn to for support in all areas of my course.
I am thankful that my employer has allowed me the flexibility of completing and apprenticeship around my job.
A lot, my training provider has been great and organised extra support for me and tutoring in any areas which I have needed it. I was even attending college one day a week at one stage of my course (prior to Covid).
I fell that it has given me a better understanding of my job role and how important that is to the business.
Not so much now (with current restrictions) but prior to Covid yes there was.
Yes
It's a decent place to work.
Don't be overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that there is to learn. You will never know everything but one thing is for sure you will always be learning.
