My role includes looking after and caring for individual children’s needs. I ensure that they are on track for their development and any problems are spotted early so that I can help them. I plan activities based on the children’s interests and ensure all activities are relevant for all children involved including those with disabilities
I have learnt a variety of new skills from my job including a boost in my self confidence and self esteem. I am lot more motivated and independent and willing to try new things. My level 3 course is helping me to further my knowledge and skills
The programme for me has been well laid out and presented and easily understandable. My coach is always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I may have and also helps me to boost my work to make it even better. It has also helped me learn new things about my job role and how to promote more child initiated activities
My programme is well organised and structured and easy to understand. Each area/assignment is broken down in simpler parts so that I can ensure I include everything in my assignment to get the best grades. It uses bullet points to outline information which is easier to read then big chunks of information at once
My employer is very motivating and always pushing me to do the best that I can in my course. They always congratulate me when I have positive feedback from my coach and encourage me to keep pushing myself and work hard towards my goals. They also offer help should I be struggling with any of my work
The support I receive from my training provider is outstanding and I feel so much better In myself. Even if I submit an assignment that maybe wasn’t to how it should be, my provider will suggest ways I can improve without making me feel like I have completely failed. I get lots of praise and well done and feel more confident in myself
I feel I perform a lot better in my role as I am always pushing myself to be better and work harder, which I can reflect in my day to day activities in work. For example making the activities more exciting for the children or even joining in more with them during child initiate play.
There isn’t any activities as such, but we always try to meet up as a group and do things as a work group to help boost and encourage more team work and bonding. It also helps get fresh new ideas from The activities we do that we can share with the children
Yes
Aspiration Training is a superb provider who continually goes out of their way to make you become a much stronger individual. I have felt like I’m aware of what is happening the whole way through and I know everything I should and need to be doing to complete my qualification to the best standard
I would tell people to just sign up and go for it because this company really does want to help people get the best qualification they can and it’s obvious to see they want everyone to exceed. The course is easy to understand the work load isn’t massively overpowering either
