I work as an assistant to senior members of the team on the budget of construction projects.
Yes i have developed all my skills, primarily my confidence and numeracy skills.
Mace honestly is a 10 star company to work for and I would choose this apprenticeship again if i went back in time.

The programme wouldn't be the same without them.
My line manager and the apprenticeship team are very supportive of me.
