I work as an assistant to senior members of the team on the budget of construction projects.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have developed all my skills, primarily my confidence and numeracy skills.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Mace honestly is a 10 star company to work for and I would choose this apprenticeship again if i went back in time.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme wouldn't be the same without them.

My line manager and the apprenticeship team are very supportive of me.

LSBU provide all the sessions and training necessary for me to do well in my degree.

I would advise applicants to be themselves, Mace are looking for people that can adapt to their environment.
