I’m an audit trainee so day to day I converse with the senior and complete audit work.
I’ve learnt so much about audit and developed my understanding of accounting
I enjoy the job but naturally the exams are stressful
From my regional office it’s 10/10 however a lot of the exam/training is centralised and the communication from that team is fairly poor
Manager and buddy system is incredibly helpful
Support is there if you need it but they don’t constantly check on you and if you’re okay which I like as it gives me independence
All exams I’ve taken, I’ve been able to apply in my job
I believe so, difficult within the current circumstances but quizzes/fun days have been organised.
Yes
It’s a really good company with amazing support enabling me to get the qualifications I need/want.
Be yourself and don’t try to act like somebody you’re not. They’re likely to hire you if you show your real personality
